Job Description:
As a Construction Team Member at Dynamite Builders LLC, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects, contributing to the success of each endeavor through your hard work, dedication, and commitment to quality. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various construction tasks including but not limited to: framing, roofing, and finishing work.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to promote a safe work environment for yourself and your teammates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
