CRCST - Regional Operations Director - Now Hiring

The Staff Pad is partnering with a healthcare solutions company to find a Regional Operations Director responsible for driving operational excellence and aligning with the company's strategic goals in the NYC Region. This role supervises and coordinates services and products to maximize quality and profitability, managing operations, performance, and evaluation of all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategic goals and organizational management.
  
• Liaise with Sales and Marketing for growth and territory expansion.
  
• Manage CRM for hospital accounts in the region.
  
• Oversee contract renewals and ensure timely, effective management.
  
• Communicate critical issues to the CEO and senior leadership.
  
• Lead safety and service quality improvement efforts.
  
• Participate in long-range strategic planning.
  
• Develop and implement standardized operating policies and procedures.
  
• Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  
• Conduct regular reviews with clients on KPIs and account matters.
  
• Manage P&L and ensure financial goals are met.
  
• Drive growth strategies in collaboration with the executive team.
  
• Foster a high-energy, collaborative environment.
  
• Develop and implement training programs for field technicians and leaders.
  
• Ensure outstanding service to accounts and maintain high customer retention rates.
  
• Streamline processes through technology to drive scale.
  
• Partner with finance and HR for supply, equipment purchasing, and people operations.
  
• Execute annual performance evaluations and manage incentive bonus plans.
  
• Oversee and organize operations teams, ensuring proper staffing and expense optimization.
  
• Mentor and develop staff, ensuring a strong pipeline of leadership talent.
  
• Lead digital evolution and technology adoption within the company.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum some college; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  
• CRCST and CER certifications required.
  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare, account management, or related field. (preference in SPD/OR)
  
• Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
