RESPONSIBILITIES
- Booking international and domestic travel arrangements for the CEO including hotel, flights, detailed itineraries, ground transportation, reservations, activities and anything else required
- Managing CEO’s drivers; providing them with weekly schedules, keeping them abreast daily with any changes via text
- Scheduling meetings and managing the CEOs calendar
- Meeting coordination, which includes booking conference rooms, organizing catering services and audio visual needs, printing meeting materials and requesting security passes as well as set up and break down as needed
- Act as Reception when needed; meeting and greeting guests, answering main phone line, liaising with building management and security alongside EA
- Ordering and stocking supplies & catering/food for the office
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Perform and assists with other tasks and special projects as required or assigned by CEO and EA
- Personal Assistant work when required
REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate will likely have at least 2 + years of prior experience in a corporate environment
- Degree preferred
- Prior experience in finance preferred
- Previous experience supporting top level senior Executives
- Strong computer skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving
- Ability to develop strong relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Dependable and detail oriented
- Self-starter and resourceful team player
- Proactive, positive attitude
PACKAGE
$90,000-100,000 Base Salary
