Job Description
USMG is looking to hire a full time Office Manager/Executive Assistant To join our amazing team in our Manhattan Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level oversight of day-to-day operations with a "no task too small" attitude
- Handle all office duties as required and report directly To The CEO
- Manage corporate calendar and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
- Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including file and project management
- Manage office equipment, furniture, and office and pantry supplies, including researching vendors and purchasing
- Oversee vendors and sales staff documents scanning copying emailing all relevant documents
- Carryout sales training 2 times a week the selected candidate will be trained on this
- Coordinate deliveries, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Provide back up to support the CEO when asked/needed
- Assist with updating certain presentation materials as directed by key members of the team
- Maintain proper "inventory" of presentation materials,
- Organize office on a daily basis
- Assist with various ad-hoc requests and projects.
- Carryout interviews 2-3 days a week and when needed you will be trained on this
Requirements:
- At least 1 years' experience of front office experience
- Polished and confident demeanor
- Comfortability working in a fluid/fun environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hours Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
Candidate will be required to start March 18 for 1 weeks training this is paid
Interviews will be conducted this and next week
Compensation will be discussed at interview
