$24/HR! Weekends Off! Full-Time Exp'd Accounts Payable Specialist!

Responsibilities

• Earn $24/HR as Accounts Payable Specialist - Overtime after 40 hours. Weekends Off
• Schedule is Monday-Friday - Shifts start at 8am, 8-hour shifts
• Invoice approval, matching invoices to POs and goods receipt, and timely processing of vendor payments
• Ensure prompt pay discounts are received, resolve GRNI aged items, process credits from vendors, and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Maintain accounting records, handle tax-related tasks, assist with audits, manage vendor communications, and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Prepare and process 1099 forms, maintain W9 forms, initiate payments, and manage vendor records
• Process employee expense reports, maintain internal controls and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2-year Associates Degree in Accounting or equal experience required.
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• SAP experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check
