Function: The Warehouse Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing all warehouse activities. This leadership position requires a commitment to both short and long-term success, emphasizing the maintenance of exceptional standards in customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Team Management and Mentorship:
- Establish expectations, coach, and set goals for warehouse employees.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
2. Staffing and Operations:
- Forecast daily warehouse staffing needs and collaborate with the Operations Team for additional support.
- Conduct daily briefings to delegate tasks and communicate company expectations.
3. Operational Excellence:
- Lead warehouse employees in executing daily operations with precision.
- Play a critical role in fostering a positive company culture within the warehouse.
4. Facility Management:
- Manage assignments of docks, prep areas, and schedule truck packs.
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning design layouts and spearheading building improvements and repairs.
5. Technology Proficiency:
- Master EasyJob/Q360 for daily utilization and mentor others on its capabilities.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Interface daily with Account Executives, Operations Team, Project Managers, and the overall Management Team.
7. Safety Compliance:
- Abide by all State and Federal safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, MSDS, NEPA, and State Regulations.
- Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator to manage, operate, and maintain all Clearwing-owned heavy equipment.
8. Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Five (5) years working experience in the entertainment industry in warehouse environments preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity and ability to adhere to local code standards
- Extremely proficient in Mac and Windows operating systems as well as Microsoft Suite
- Valid Drivers License and clean MVR
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Forklift, Boom Lift, and Scissor Lift certified
- CPR Certification
Physical Working Conditions:
- Regularly bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry, lift 50-75 lbs.
- Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Walk up and down stairs or ladders
- Work in various temperatures and outdoor weather conditions
- May work "on-call" as needed including some nights and weekends
- Work long hours and overtime as required
- Able to travel (possibly with short notice)
