POSITION SUMMARY
Located just 11 miles away from our St. Louis headquarters, the Nestlé Purina Support Center provides custom, business-critical support to our markets across the globe. As Warehouse Assistant C, will be responsible assisting the warehouse team in receiving of goods and equipment. This position will also assist in crating, boxing, and preparing parts for shipment. This position will be responsible for inventory counting and use of barcode scanners along with entering information required in SAP.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in shipping and receiving of goods, parts, materials and equipment.
- Assist in warehouse inventory, crating, boxing, and packaging good for shipment.
- Complete inventory cycle counts of materials in inventory daily.
- Run inventory analysis reports to ensure proper inventory controls and report results to supervisor.
- Assist in warehouse of filling reservations, pulling parts for assembly, and assign Work Orders to totes and materials.
- Enter data daily in SAP and warehouse/inventory software.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, agricultural, or machine shop environment.
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.66/hr. The pay progression plan is as follows: Warehouse Assistant C $23.66, Warehouse Assistant B $26.28, Warehouse Assistant A $28.74. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
