Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Work with procurement team on product sourcing to meet food service department goals and customers' needs.
- Work with the warehousing and logistics team on product fulfillment and delivery, especially for perishable products.
- Set standard operating procedure (SOP) for the food service department, including lead generation, sales conversion, order fulfillment, customer services, etc.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base through meeting with potential clients and growing long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Recruit salespeople and other team members, set objectives, train, coach, and monitor the performance of team members to ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled to support the expansion of the business.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
- Support the supervision of the sales team to ensure company goals and standards are met by holding weekly check-ins with the team to set objectives for the week and monitor progress regularly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of Operations Management experience
- Experience with grocery chain stores or warehouse club chains is a plus
- Experience with restaurants or other food service is a plus
- Knowledge of Asian products, produce, seafood, and meat is a plus
- Willing to travel half of the time to visit customers and attend shows.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin

- Location: 4625 District Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058
- Work Hours: 9AM – 5PM ( Mon.- Fri. and Saturday mornings )
- Compensation Range: $65,000 / Yr. - $80,000 / Yr.

工作職責：

基本要求：
- 至少 3 年的銷售經理經驗

- 出色的溝通、人際交往和組織能力
