Support Specialist – Allstate HOA Management
We are: Allstate HOA Management is growing quickly and we need additional team members that want to learn and grow with us. The number of properties we manage continues to grow so we need to add multiple Community / Portfolio Managers to help us keep up!
You are: A successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful problem solver. Customer service-oriented with the ability to deal with a wide range of people and personalities. A self-starter attitude is critical to the position. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task are essential. Professional written and verbal communication skills are also a must-have. Microsoft Office proficient, experience with CRM a bonus.
Day to day general job responsibilities of a Support Specialist:
· Carries out administrative duties such as filing (digital and physical), typing, copying, and scanning.
· Exhibit polite and professional communication to homeowners and vendors via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.
· Retrieve information as requested from records, e-mail, minutes, and other related documents.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing goals as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
