Bookkeeping Duties and Responsibilities:
- Categorization of transactions
- Reconciliation of accounts
- A/P & A/R
- Analysis of reports
- Communication with clients
- Ad hoc clean up projects
- Comfort with change and a fast moving work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A passion for doing a great job and providing exceptional client and peer experiences.
- A drive to raise the bar and continually grow and improve professionally
- Ability to think on your feet and outside of the box
- Ability to conduct yourself with confidence and authority on the subject matter
- Experienced with Quickbooks Online
- The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience in a variety of industries.
- Experience working with a team, collaborating, and leaning on each other for support and help to ensure our clients always receive the highest level of service
- A sense of humor, a love of animals, and a genuine joy working with a great group of fun people!
