Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading and managing strategic initiatives and solutions architecture across the division. In addition to these high-value projects, this role will develop standard methods, monitoring, and communications to key projects and initiatives in the areas of Continuous Improvement, IT systems and infrastructure enhancements, and Integrations/Acquisitions. The incumbent will oversee the major initiatives for all U.S. Mactac locations and will provide feedback to the Executive team through formal and informal methods. In addition, this role will lead and provide strategic direction and general oversight to the Mactac IT Department.

- Lead and facilitate the next generation of business intelligence reporting platforms and methodologies.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Education:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree is required. Prefer a major in a technical background such as engineering or industrial technology.
- Master's Degree in Business or a related field is highly preferred but not required
- Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred but not required
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in progressively challenging positions in business optimization and project management.
- 10+ years of experience leading high-value projects in both systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience driving continuous improvement programs across a multi-facility environment.
- PMI certification or wide experience in project management required.
- Possess qualities of self-motivation, confidence, organization, tact, persistence, common sense and a high energy level.
- Ability to quantify results, identify new opportunities, adapt to change, and interface with all levels of management on a continual basis.
