As a Product Delivery Manager in Pay & Time, you will be responsible for gathering feature requests, documenting requirements, establish business processes, and educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the design. As well as, partnering with the Pay & Time product leads to ensure deliverables are coordinated across teams.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end Product Delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Partner closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and enhancement requests
- Drive operational excellence, helping to create a world-class product
- Provide subject matter expertise to ensure requirements are compliant and documented properly.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product Delivery or a relevant domain area
- Experience with Oracle HCM pay and time platforms
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment across teams.

- Problem solving, problem identification and reasoning skills. Good judgement and decision-making skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
