Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch Technical Support to both residential and commercial customers.
- Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with warmth and professionalism, to understand customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Strive for excellence in customer service delivery, build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in Technical Support, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proven track record of reliability and commitment in past work experience.
- Passionate about assisting others, with outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine willingness to help.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
- Proficient PC keyboarding skills, with a minimum typing speed of 30wpm.
Shift Details:
- Starting pay $16 to $18 per hour.
- 2nd Shift, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including at least one weekend day and holidays.
- Contract-to-hire, 3-6 months- Permanent employment based on performance and attendance.
