Overview
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and analytical Vice President, Enterprise & Franchise Sales, to join our team to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from the daily activities of leading the national sales team to managing large client opportunities. The leader in this key role will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market along with a solid grasp of the competitive landscape. Background selling into the retail and restaurant industries is a plus. The core mission of the role is to ensure Interface hits its national sales and profitability goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the National Sales team with a data-driven, metrics-based approach to achieving company revenue targets.
- Gain mastery of all Interface solutions and technologies.
- Leverage the company's Go to Market technology stack investment.
- Provide accurate forecasts and sales activity reports.
- Act as liaison for National Accounts sales with other departments.
- Build and improve training processes for onboarding of new sales reps.
- Work with key prospects and clients to learn about their business challenges.
- Responsible for increasing RMR through incremental sales.
- Responsible to increase sales of approved equipment and services through the sales process.
- Assist marketing with the development of marketing strategies and other marketing endeavors.
- Work in the field on appointments with salespeople as a training exercise and to ensure proper company representation.
- Ensure all sales representatives meet the financial goals and expectations of the company.
- Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and development of sales personnel.
- Conducts regular sales meetings and one-on-ones to guide sales representatives.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a sales leader
- Strong working knowledge of security industry products and market
- 10+ years' experience with at least 3+ years in sales management.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record in new business development.
- Ability to leverage sales technology platforms.
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Background selling network solutions a plus
