JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a dynamic and accomplished executive with a proven track record in operational leadership across diverse healthcare environments. - Lead the operational management of the healthcare system, ensuring safe, efficient, and high- quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement growth strategies and drive operational synergies to enhance financial performance and patient care services.
- Champion Operational Excellence initiatives, leveraging tools like Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Foster robust relationships with physicians, staff, and external stakeholders, building a culture of trust, transparency, and integrity.
- Oversee continuous improvement and project management.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team in setting and driving the organizational vision and strategy.
- Manage capital investments and operational expenses, aligning them with long-term financial goals in full coordination with the Chief Financial Officer.
- Lead large-scale initiatives, including facility expansions, service integrations, and technology implementations.
- Develop and mentor a diverse and high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and results oriented culture.
JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related degree required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, or related degree strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Demonstrated success in COO or equivalent roles in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and cultivating cross-functional partnerships.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence.
- Proficient in Lean and Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Solid grasp of data analysis, performance metrics, and financial management.
- Experience in managing large teams and complex operations across multiple sites.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in healthcare administration.
