- Capital Improvements – Run COPS and NON COPS pay cycles to support funding for capital improvements invoices. Ensure data is consistent between all 3 operating systems: Peoplesoft, NC Financial System, and IBIS State Budget System.
- Payroll Allocations- Run payroll allocations on bi-weekly/monthly basis to move payroll liability to liability accounts.
- Assist with daily deposits as needed.
- Assist with Institutional Operational Bank Reconciliation
- Assist with month-end responsibilities

Work Schedule:30-40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Minimum Experience/Education:Bachelor’s degree with 12 credit hours of accounting coursework;or Associate’s degree in accounting; or Associate’s degree in business or related discipline with 12 credit hours of accounting coursework; or equivalent combination of training and experience.All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
