- One year of experience working with the Accounting software system ConnectCarolina
- 2-3 years of accounting/administrative experience
- Experience in an academic/higher education setting
- Experience in project-based accounting
This position will be responsible for the department’s day-to-day financial processing functions which include the following activities:
- Procurement of Equipment and Services,
- Accounts Payable,
- Account Reconciliation,
- Travel Accounting,
- post-award activities,
- grant closeout;
- financial budgeting, analysis, projections, and reporting.
