Work Schedule:40 hours per week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Other Work/Responsibilities:- Process deposits, vouchers, travel, P-card, independent contractor, and dual employment payments
- Account reconciliation and processing of journals if needed
- Support NC Botanical Garden Foundation which may include payables (commercial checking account, reconciliation of charges, and responsible for 1099 reporting documentation), preparation for required annual audit, reporting for Foundation board if needed
- Provide backup for Garden Shop or other administrative duties as assigned such as weekend curator duty rotation
- Assist with procurement through BuyCarolina or create purchase requisitions
- Submit HR-related forms as necessary
- Customer service in business office and Garden
Parking is availableMinimum Experience/Education:
HS diploma and 5 years experience or Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Department Required Skills:- Experience with ConnectCarolina systems: finance and HR modules (HR for funding swaps and PAATs), Concur, Fundriver, Works
- Ability to manage money and handle accounts
