Treatment Coordinator

About the Job:

Inspire Dental Group is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to assist with the organization and delivery of patient care from the initial phone call to the clinical diagnosis, through closing a patient with a financial contract to pay for treatment. Additionally, supporting that patient throughout the treatment period to address any concerns or problems and to ensure that the treatment period is completed in a positive manner to maximize referrals.

Job Duties:

· Maintain the flow of the office (personnel and patients)

· Act as patient advocate assisting patients who may have concerns.

· Discuss the financial costs of dental treatment and financial arrangements with patient/guarantor.

· Contact patients/guarantors one to two days prior to the appointment regarding fees and to confirm the appointment.

· Keep appointment book full – fill any open appointments using ASAP, Unscheduled and Continuing Care lists (RecallMax)
