Form of workWe're seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for an assignment in beautiful Western Arizona. This long-term, ongoing opportunity offers a blend of rewarding clinical practice and a welcoming community known for its unique landscapes and outdoor activities.
Qualifications:
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
- BLS and DEA certifications are required
Schedule:
- The estimated start date is July 1, 2024, and will be ongoing
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No call requirements
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient clinic environment within a 171-bed hospital
- Focus on adult patient care (approximately 18 patients per day) and round on your assigned patients
- New patient consultations (1 hour) and follow-up visits (30 minutes)
- No procedures are required
Location:
- Outdoor Adventures: Western Arizona has multiple trails, lakes, and parks for hiking, fishing, and boating
- Community: Frequent festivals, farmers' markets, concerts, and art shows to experience
