SalaryAdministrative assistant experience in the medical/dental field is preferred but not necessary – we are eager and willing to train energetic candidates in administrative positions for assisting in Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Periodontics and Prosthodontics.
Seeking those with a friendly personality with strong phone skills and a commitment to providing attentive and timely care for our patients.
Responsibilities include making appointments, patient follow-up, insurance verification, coordinating patient care and more.
Must be organized and have strong phone and intermediate computer skills are required.
Must be patient, understanding and act as a pleasant and welcoming presence in the office.
