Treatment Coordinator/Office Manager

Our office is seeking a Full-Time Treatment coordinator/ Manager of high end for few of our Nassau/Suffolk and Manhattan County practices focused on Oral Surgery.

Our practices has a core focus on Dental Implant Surgery, Including Single Dental Implants, Multiple Implants, Implant supported Dentures / Over Dentures, All-on-4, Teeth Tomorrow.

Must be willing to travel between locations if needed.

Must Have:

1 Strong knowledge of dental/medical insurance

2 Should have vehicle to travel

3 Should have a laptop for presentations

4 Should be able to generate medical and dental provider referrals.

We do have some evening and weekend hours, appropriate candidates will have flexibility in their schedules

• 3+ year experience in treatment planning - Dentistry or Healthcare
• Basic Duties to oversee:
• Answering inquiries

• Resolving problems
• Dental insurance forms (dental claims)
• Scheduling Appointments
• Coordinating surgical appointments with patients from beginning to end
• Checking in/out patients
• Engaging customers by going the extra mile
• Computer savvy
• Running financial applications for patientsRequirements:

• 3+ year experience in treatment planning in dentistry & or Healthcare
• Knowledge of Dental Implants & General Dentistry
• Strong phone verbal communication skills along with active listening
• High Familiarity with Dental terminologies
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Work with all clinicians from GP to Specialists
• Knowledge of running financial applications

• Knowledge of Care Credit, Lending Club Financials
• Flexible Schedule; Hours may vary depending on clinical schedule; Hours include Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm ; Thursday & Friday 9 am to 5 pm.Saturdays as needed half day.
