Experienced Dental Patient Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk

Private PPO dental Office, looking for a positive, can-do person to join our team. We are excited to have the opportunity to welcome an enthusiastic, caring, friendly, customer-oriented person to our front office team. Dentrix experience is a must. We are a family oriented general dental practice with a strong focus of one-on-one patient experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Verify insurance coverage, assist with insurance claims processing as well as collect payment.

- Properly present treatment plans.

- Collect patient information and update electronic medical or dental records.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.

Qualifications

. Minimal of 1-2 years dental experience (must)

· Bilingual: Spanish is a plus

. Punctuality

· Knowledge of dental practice management software Dentrix (must)

· Excellent customer service

· Good oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
