Receptionist/ Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Front Office Receptionist/ Treatment Coordinator for Pacific Coast Orthodontics in San Ramon, and Splash Dental & Orthodontics in Mountain House. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years experience in the Orthodontic and or Dental field. Proficiency with dental marketing and social media outreach a big plus!

This position requires knowledge of general dentistry and orthodontics.

Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8 am- 5 pm, in San Ramon 2 d/wk and in Mountain House 2 d/wk.

Experience with Ortho2 or Dentrix preferred. Training will be provided if transitioning from other practice management software.
