SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

JOB DUTIES:
As thePatient Care Coordinator you will assist with the clinic's front office team, maintaining organization for patient appointments. Bring your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as this clinical team needs accuracy as they work to assist their high-volume patient intake. Regular responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones
- Taking messages
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Verifying insurance
- Assisting with co-payments
- Checking-in patients for appointments/procedures
- Checking-out patients from appointments/procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- 1+ year of recent Medical Reception experience
- Prior patient scheduling experience
- Familiarity with EMR software (Epic preferred)
- Ability to multi-task
- Accurate data entry/typing skills
- Proficient with HIPAA
- Excellent customer service skills
- Current on required vaccines, including Covid-19
