Front Office - Patient Care Coordinator

We are a family-owned pediatric dental office and we are growing! With three locations, we are looking for a reliable, personable front office team member to join our busy, patient centered practice. We are a close-knit team focused on Patient Care and cultivating relationships. We hope to add YOU to our front office team to manage the ever-changing needs of our wonderful clientele.

We are looking for a responsible and reliable candidate who has dental front office experience, knowledge in dental insurance and treatment planning, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

2+ years dental office experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

A willingness to learn and grow.

A winning personality and a calmness to your leadership.

Above average claims and billing knowledge.

X-ray certification.

Ability to see the big picture and think several steps ahead.

Problem solver and phenomenal team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
