Patient Care Coordinator (Dental)

DENTAL - PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Small Endodontic Dental Practice is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Klamath Falls, Oregon!

This position will provide support to both the front and back office to help efficiency and ensure patients have a pleasant experience.

If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for providing excellent patient service, we want to hear from you! Previous experience in the dental field is strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Greeting patients

· Answering incoming calls

· Scheduling appointments/Maintaining a full schedule

· Gathering/conveying accurate patient information

· Checking patients in/out during their visit

· Following up with unscheduled patients

· Creating pre-treatment estimates

· Processing payments

· Inputting new insurance information and verifying current eligibility

· Submitting/receiving insurance claims

· Organizing/stocking supplies

The right candidate must demonstrate maturity, a strong work ethic, reliability, an ability to manage time and multi-task, accuracy, consistent follow-up and attention to details, excellent customer service skills, mathematical aptitude and strong written/verbal skills.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Thursday.
Every other Wednesday is an early close/short day (~32 hour work week).

This is a non-smoking/non-vaping office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
