Job Description:

Canby Clinic is looking for a kind and well organized employee to serve as our Patient Care Coordinator. We are a primary care clinic located in Canby, Oregon that specializes in naturopathic medicine. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Compensation is $20-$25 DOE with benefits. Medical experience a plus but more important is finding someone that will provide excellent customer service to our patients.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Showing up on time and ready to work
• Greeting patients when they arrive
• Answering phones and scheduling patients
• Managing e-mails and patient portal communications
• Resolving issues that may arise
• Maintaining a clean workspace

• Proficient with typing and Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Professional etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attentive to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• An inquisitive mind with the ability to suggest improvements

Job Type:

This is a full-time, in person position. Hours are from 8:30 am until 5:30pm, Mondays through Fridays.

Compensation: $18-$25 Hour DOE
