Our field service team is growing, and we are looking for a field service technician in the Lakewood, CO market.
What you will do:
You will join a team of highly motivated, supportive individuals who ENJOY making connections with people and sharing the CES story. We will train you on the tools and techniques we use and help pave the way to learn something new, probably everyday!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Each day you will travel to our customers to troubleshoot and repair various products and printers. You will be prepared to diagnose, repair, and/or maintain printers, kiosks, and pharmacy automation equipment by carrying the necessary tools, parts, and equipment to each customer site. Your organizational and time management skills will be essential in planning your visits.
You will use your verbal communication skills to develop strong business relationships with the customer and client personnel and conduct informal operator training to improve machine performance.
You will use your written communication skills to complete various administrative tasks including daily service activity reports.
Your customer service skills will serve you well as you complete tasks with positive results.
To accomplish these tasks, you will possess electro-mechanical skills and technical expertise. You should also be computer savvy, have a flexible schedule, and have a track record of outstanding customer relations skills. Our equipment weighs up to 50lbs and may occasionally require lifting. Our technicians utilize company vehicles to cover large geographical areas with occasional overnight stays so a valid driver’s license is required. Any company costs incurred during travel are paid.
You will use good business judgment in your daily operations to minimize operational expenses, meet established deadlines and reporting requirements associated with time reporting, expense reporting, call reporting, parts usage/inventory reporting, company car, credit card payments, and other areas as required

Requirements
Your Skills and Experience
2+ Years of driving in field experience preferred with 2-year electro-mechanical experience or trade school equivalent.
Deep understanding of mechanical operations, computers/software, and break/fix repair
We require an excellent driving record and willingness to drive/travel up to 85% of the time within a predetermined territory
Experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment failures
Strong computer repair skills with additional hands-on experience with photo imaging, copier, and document printer-type equipment.
Experienced in operating a Multi-Meter and electrical/mechanical tools to replace or repair parts
Able to lift to 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, and can put body weight on knees.
Excellent interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
Confirmed excellent customer service experience
May require the mixing of photo-finishing chemicals
