Job Description

The Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a/an Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support.  
• Help customers resolve technical issues. 
• Assist in correcting billing concerns. 
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
• You will be expected to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills
