We're excited to announce our first Inside Business Development Representative (BDR) position within our marketing department. This is a highly visibility role that will make an immediate impact on our future client’s success.
Role Overview
This position is perfect for a confident, dynamic individual with a can-do attitude, looking to kick-start or accelerate an early-stage career in sales or marketing. Reporting to an experienced marketing executive, you'll play a pivotal role in helping grow the business, improve our operational maturity, while ensuring a seamless lead qualification and management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Screen incoming leads to identify high-potential prospects for further engagement.
- Outreach into Warm Prospect Accounts: Initiate contact and nurture relationships with warm leads to advance them through the marketing pipeline.
- Marketing Account Management: Assist with the strategic oversight of marketing accounts to ensure alignment with campaign goals and prospect needs.
- Marketing Operations: Support the marketing function’s operational needs, including campaign execution, data management, and analysis.
- Event Invite / Registration Follow-up: Support our event marketing agency invite potential leads to events and engage them through various outreach efforts.
- Effective Communicator: Demonstrable ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.
- Resilient and Persistent: Demonstrable ability to proactively respond to challenging interactions, crucial for calling and continuous outreach activities.
- Team-Oriented: Demonstrable ability to work well within a team, contributing to collaborative efforts and supporting the overall goals of the marketing department.
- Data Management: You should be highly detailed oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly Organized: You should be able to efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities in a high-velocity marketing environment.
- Quick Learner: You should be adaptable and eager to learn new tools and processes.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Inside Business or sales development experience.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo sales/marketing tools are desirable.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Extra points for experience working in or a love for the agricultural industry.
