Position Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote
Position Overview: Indev is seeking a proven Technical Project Manager to join one of our federal projects supporting our federal practice in the Washington DC area. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the successful execution of Technical Projects from initiation to delivery. This role requires strong project management expertise, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Technical Projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including UX, Solutions Architects, Engineers, and QA to ensure effective collaboration and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and timely manner.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
- Proficiently oversee the timelines of designated team members and oneself.
- Serve as the primary liaison for teams involved in multi-unit projects.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar client facing role, leading and managing complex Technical Projects from initiation to delivery
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Strong experience utilizing Jira
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a fully remote environment

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
