- Developing “the plan” with regards to developing and implementing aspects of quality systems, including but not limited to quality management system, internal audits, and Service Distribution business processes
- Managing and coordinating Internal Audit Program and ensuring resolution of audit findings
- Reviewing Network Quality KPI, creating actions & driving accountability regarding project milestones, key initiatives and project success criteria with variety of cross-functional stakeholders: distribution operations, process engineering functions, training team, packaging eng, distribution software teams etc
- Identify gaps in quality system specific to the Service Distribution & translate business process needs into software design requirements. Collaborate closely with the software development team to define functional and timeline requirements of software tools
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities (potential gaps between process and system) across all business functions, developing tools that allow for visibility into process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Prioritize multiple projects across all departments and systems and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other sites/teams to drive towards common solutions which will become Tesla's "best practices", that will leads to perform training to various functions on current, new roll outs and functionality changes
- Exemplary people, organizational, project management, and escalation skills
- Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
- Minimum of 6+ year of experience in a warehousing, process, quality or quality system role
- Experience managing complex projects & have high attention to details
- Be a team player and have the ability to collaborate well across diverse functional groups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage and communicate the health and integrity of the data and systems
- Track record of excellence in current and prior roles, demonstrable with metrics or KPIs

$88,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
