Job Summary:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing Technical Projects related to our retail operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Technical Projects in the apparel industry, focusing on retail operations enhancement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report project status to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven project team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the apparel or retail industry, with a focus on retail operations.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP systems is considered a plus but not mandatory.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
