We are seeking a talented Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Leader with an expertise in ICAM Modernization efforts to join our team. This role will be essential to a small team providing ICAM support and documentation and will serve as the technical expert leading a team responsible for application integration, support, design, test, and implementation of access enterprise platforms within the authentication and identity lifecycle. The selected candidate must be well versed in architectural best practices and applying them across a breadth of technologies to solve an organizational problem. You should be capable of articulating your views on the future development of technology to varying audiences, and you should understand the interaction between user identity and data. This role can be primarily remote with ability to travel to Alexandria, VA or Kearneysville, WV on 1 or 2 days a week or remote basis based on the client requirements.
- Manage access identity management platform integrations
- Serve as a key member of the Managed Services implementation team
- Partner with internal and external teams to expand our managed services and customer implementations
- Participate in business process evaluation/improvement activities and requirements gathering
- Maintain access platform, performing upgrades and required patches
- This is a “hands-on” position that requires someone who is capable of multi-tasking. It requires an individual with a service-oriented mentality that can focus and take ownership of assignments/issues and manage/resolve those issues.

- Excellent ability to communicate up and down within the organization; prepare detailed descriptions of issues, status updates, recommendations, and reports. Applicants must be organized with an eye for detail.
Required Skills:
- Program Manager/Engineer with overall 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Authentication technologies including Ping Identity, Sailpoint, CyberArk or equivalent technologies.
- Go-getter with natural ability to lead with minimal supervision and be an effective communicator; lead cross-integration teams in a collaborative manner
- Must be comfortable wearing Technical/Business/Management hats and be an effective communicator in highly demanding situations
- Keep track of schedules, budgets, slippages, risks, and issue resolution process and be the go-to-person assisting leadership
- Proactively foresee the risks and issues that may surface up and mitigate the same
- Conduct workshops and recommend vendor analysis of alternatives, architect, and design applications and tools based on the CDRLs and Compliance requirements
- Solid understanding of Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign On (SSO) and security concepts
- Expert knowledge of authentication with hands-on implementation experience with SAML, OAuth2, MFA, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Minimum DoD Secret clearance is required prior to start date.
- Must be US Citizen
- Candidates with the Ping Identity Certified Professional - PingFederate certification are highly desired or with equivalent experience
- Able to meet DoD 8570 IAT II Certification requirements
- Around 3 - 5 yrs. experience working in a DOD environment (Contractor/Civilian/Military)
- Experience with the Identity Pillar of the Zero Trust Architecture and Federal ICAM
Desired Skills:
- Candidates with any project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, ITIL, etc. are highly desired
- Knowledge of networks
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or IT related field
- CompTIA Security+, CEH, PentTest+, Cloud+, etc.
- Relevant Ping Certifications
- Experience with CyberArk
- Experience with Sailpoint
