Talent Operations Coordinator
Description
The Talent Operations Coordinator will provide one-on-one support to all new hires and internal users including HR, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers, managing all day-to-day onboarding processes to ensure employees complete onboarding in a timely manner and with the best candidate experience possible. Coordinators will also process transfers and redeployments in the HR system of record, conduct regular hiring/transfer/redeployment audits, and collect data for analytics and reporting.

Essential Functions:
- Processing new hires
- Ensure positive candidate experience, acting as their guide through the process
- Quickly resolve escalations, while maintaining compliance
- Maintain end user training documentation, as assigned
- Administer company onboarding process (e.g., systems, screenings, I-9, data accuracy);
- Conduct data and process audits, as scheduled
- Collect data for analytics and reporting, as assigned
- Ensures data privacy at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in Talent Acquisition or in a customer-focused call center
- Experience using computer systems to track progress on assigned work
- Experience following operational processes to complete work accurately, every time
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- Excellent verbal/written communications and customer service skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft programs
- Ability to follow instructions and processes for every transaction
- Ability to examine, discover, and report breaks in HR processes
