Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Environmental Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role within the environmental/Janitorial Services or (Property Operations Management, Manufacturing Plan, or related) with a strong background in operations with
- Experience managing logistics of Janitorial Services a plus
- Must have experience managing a large team of managers and staff (at least 300+)
- Must be able to travel locally within the Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties as needed
- Solid knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, managing operations, and developing long-term client relationships.
- Must have a passion for janitorial/environmental solutions, keen business acumen, and a proven ability to develop fruitful client relationships and operational excellence.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to thoroughly understand clients' needs and provide value-driven solutions, focusing on cost-effective environmental and property maintenance services.
- Drive and develop team to achieve Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Work closely with the operational team to optimize processes, ensuring the timely and cost-effective maintenance and/or completion of projects.
- Manage team while ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the delivery of Janitorial Services, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the effective handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, focusing on cost-effectiveness and liability reduction.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and mentor staff, promoting a learning culture and ensuring the availability of necessary resources and training.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost management activities, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and recommending actions to enhance financial and operational performance.
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans, working closely with leadership to align operations with the overall business strategy.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business threats and opportunities.
- Sales and Client Relationship Management
- Actively engage in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining long-term relationships with business owners, property owners, property managers and municipal governments.
Compensation
Salary range of $90k-$120K w/ 5%-10% bonus with premium medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance options, PTO, Paid Holidays, and 401K (match 25% of up to 4% of EE contributions)
