We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking to bring their energy and analytics to the table to get us to the next level, so strong leadership and being detail oriented with processes is super important! This Operations Manager position is for someone that would be great in excel and numbers/analytically driven. The Operations Manager will oversee the operations of the entire organization to ensure we hit our company goals!
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a hungry, sales heavy, go-getter with strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to join our team as an Operations Manager! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a ton of freedom to really build this as big as you’re driven to. We need someone who is independent and can hit the ground running and help scale our business.
The Operations Manager will oversee the entire sales team and drive revenue while also integrating systems and processes and developing enhancements. This person will be responsible for managing our sales, dispositions, acquisitions, training, and developing and achieving KPI goals and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead the marketing, sales, transaction, and disposition teams
● Create processes, systems, and leverage data to motivate the team
● Manage marketing budget
● Track marketing within our CRM
● Generate monthly metrics and reporting
● Help scale our business to double our deals in the next 6 to 12 months
● Work side by side with the owners and oversee the existing employees and drive metrics
As the Operations Manager, your primary objective is to lead a high-performing team and establish streamlined processes to achieve the company vision. Your goals include:
● Team Building and Leadership:
○ Recruit, train, and lead a team of professionals dedicated to providing excellent customer service and effective solutions for homeowners in distressed situations.
○ Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with the company's values, ensuring everyone is motivated to achieve our shared vision.
● Operational Excellence:
○ Develop and implement efficient processes for property evaluations, negotiations, and transactions, ensuring a swift and hassle-free experience for homeowners.
○ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
● Customer Experience Enhancement:
○ Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
○ Work closely with the team to identify pain points in the process and develop strategies to address them, creating a positive and memorable journey for homeowners.
● Scaling Operations:
○ Devise a scalable business model that allows us to handle a growing number of distressed property transactions without compromising the quality of service.
○ Explore technological solutions and innovations to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the business.
● Business Owner Transition:
○ Develop and document standardized operating procedures for all key aspects of the business, allowing for the gradual transition of day-to-day operations away from business owners.
○ Train and empower team members to take on increased responsibilities, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability within the team.
● Compliance and Risk Management:
○ Ensure that all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, collaborating with legal experts as needed.
○ Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential challenges associated with distressed property transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Real estate marketing experience
● 2+ years of sales and operations management experience
● Proven track record of sales growth/initiatives
● Experience working remotely preferred
● Highly organized, detail oriented and solid analytical skills
● Ability to follow & improve processes
● Problem solver
● Multitasker
● Technology driven & ability to learn quickly required
● Extremely proficient in Excel

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
