Position:Industrial Bakery Mixer Operator
Pay: $16 to $17 DOE
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shifts

Longwood, FL
First Shift 5:30 am – 4:00 pm (10 hrs shifts) Pay $16
First Shift 5:30 am – 4:00 pm (10 hrs shifts) Pay $16
Second Shift – 4:00 pm - 12:30 am (8 hrs shifts) Pay $17
Some prior background in an Industrial Bakery or other food manufacturing setting that implements “baking” is required.
Join our Bakery Mixing Operator crew where you will be trained to operate our Bakery’s industrial-size mixers and scales.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably, at least some knowledge of Industrial Mixing Equipment.
- Able to read and follow written Instructions (formulas).
- Bakery Experience.
- Attention to detail, you follow all steps and techniques to ensure consistency.
- Tidy and clean, maintaining a sanitary, food-safe workstation is important to you.
- Team player.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Read and communicate fluently in English.
- Basic mathematical skills.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Stand for extended periods.
- Hot, humid, or cold depending on the area of the plant working in.
- The noise level may be moderate to loud.
- Must be able to lift to 100 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $16.00 - $17 Based on Experience.
