Position: Talent Development Intern

As a Talent Development Intern, you will support the development and enhancement of global learning/development programs by analyzing and synthesizing learner data and working on refining and executing our communication strategy. Our intern will play an important role in influencing key stakeholders using data dashboards and storytelling and enhancing the Talent Development communications strategy while partnering with our internal comms teams.
Possible Projects/Responsibilities:
Learning metrics and feedback: Collect and analyze usage data and feedback on our existing learning/development programs. Summarize this data and make insights and recommendations based on data findings. Create dashboards and/or slides to tell a story with the data and prepare it to be shared with key stakeholders. Support the team in creating a consistent and robust strategy and approach for collecting learner feedback and using that feedback to continuously improve.
Talent Development Communications: Partner with the Talent Development and Internal Comms teams to understand strengths and opportunities in our strategy and tactics for communicating learning and leadership development programs and offerings. Build and/or enhance our strategy for communicating Talent Development programs and offerings, including defining channels, key messages, audiences and measuring the impact of our communications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Rising junior or rising senior working toward a Bachelor's or Masters degree in human resources or related field in progress
- Understanding of neuroscience for learning
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability distilling volumes of data into insights and recommendations
- Using data for storytelling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

$25 - $40 USD
