About the job:
Under the direction of the AVP of HR, the Talent Coordinator acts as a liaison for employee matters. The Talent Coordinator works to enhance and improve the satisfaction and engagement of all employees by promoting a company culture that fosters the development and growth. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, pre-boarding, onboarding/orientation, separations, employee training and development, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, HR record management, company event planning, payroll backup, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Preferred requirements:
- An associate degree in human resources or related field and three to five years' HR or recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
