Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing recruitment-related documentation.
Assist in communicating with candidates regarding interview schedules, travel arrangements, and other logistical details.
Ensure a positive candidate’s experience by promptly responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
Collaborate with team members to create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in job descriptions across different channels.
Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
Support the initial screening process by reviewing resumes and applications to identify and source qualified candidates.
Assist in conducting initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other partners as needed.
Coordinate the sending of Job Offers
Facilitate communication and coordination with external stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
