As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Talent Acquisition Department. You will be responsible for various administrative and logistical tasks, including application screening, reference checks, candidate experience coordination, and support to Talent Acquisition Specialists. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition Department.
- Screen job applications and assist in shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed.
- Coordinate and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in their daily tasks.
- Prepare materials for Director meetings and follow up with email communication.
- Maintain job requisition reposts.
- Update job postings on external job boards outside of ATS.
- Handle career fair sign-up, registration, and scheduling logistics.
- Upload and file paper resumes into our database.
- Generate and run weekly dashboard reports.
- Source prospective candidates using various methods, including keyword searches, internal archives, public org charts, and job boards.
- Maintain a follow-up/pending list, including items from director's meetings, internal meetings, and candidate status updates.
- Occasionally schedule interviews and send out interview invitations.
- Send biweekly internal open requisition referral bonus emails.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and duties as assigned.
- Manage inventory and upkeep of onboarding and recruiting promotional items across all BCC offices.

Requirements
- Must have minimum of 2 year of recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of the A/E/C industry (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
