TA Assistant & Onboarding Specialist
The TA Assistant & Onboarding Specialist will play an integral role in facilitating onboarding training and assisting in Talent Acquisition sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates for DM Clinical Research positions. They will design and organize onboarding and TA training courses by combining creativity, research and analysis of existing materials.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the development of training material used for new and existing employee training.
  • Managing training evaluations and overall productivity to assess their efficiency and ability to engage.
  • Organize a training curriculum that honors company ethics and conduct, is engaging, and allows trainees the maximum opportunity to participate.
  • Evaluate teaching methods to select the options that will aid in the delivery of concepts without unnecessary distraction, downtime, or confusion.
  • Contribute to the instruction and presentation of training courses and assess the effectiveness of different methods and materials to encourage interaction and participation.
  • Oversee general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling class times and locations, and sending invitation information to all trainees.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Assists in entering candidates in the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Uses new technologies in Talent Acquisition, human resources, and talent management and Partners with HR Points of Contact throughout the hiring process
  • Supports hiring managers and TA Specialists in scheduling phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing interviews of potential candidates.
  • Provides hiring managers with competency-based selection reports
  • Consistently delivers a positive hiring experience to internal (hiring teams) and external (candidates, vendors) stakeholders by providing professional and timely communication
  • Assist TA Specialist as needed
  • Being prepared for and available at all required company meetings.
  • Submitting required administrative paperwork per company timelines.
  • Occasionally attending out-of-town training meetings.
  • Any other matters as assigned by the management team.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
Experience:
  • 2+ years of facilitating and content creation
  • 1+ year(s) of experience of Administrative and/or TA/HR experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with ADP Workforce now, preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to coordinate, collaborate and effectively work with other departmental professionals and employees on an interpersonal level. 
  • Collaborate with other talented instructors to lead training and oversee employee participation
  • Managing training evaluations and overall productivity to assess their efficiency and ability to engage.Able to understand learning management software
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Sound decision-making and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Adapts to business priorities that change quickly
  • Ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
  • Must be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities, decisiveness, and flexibility
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, eMail, Chats, and GMeets
