The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide general support for Human Resources functions and initiative implementation within Talent Acquisition. Maintains knowledge of all HR areas and activities, while specializing in knowledge of employment and hiring processes as well as recruitment outreach. Must possess strong multi-tasking and project management skills. Responsibilities include managing recruiting and on boarding process (candidate management, posting positions internally and externally, screening, background checks, employee health, pre-employment paperwork, etc.). Supporting recruitement as needed (screening resumes, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, etc.). Clinical position recruitment experience required.
HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR and Talent Acquisition required
- Hospice or Home Health experience highly preferred
- Must work well in a team environment and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines and being flexible in an environment of changing priorities
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally with team members and externally with potential candidates
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Must possess excellent ability to teach
- Maintains a high level of personal accountability
Estimated Salary: $25 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
