About The Role:
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Arrange logistics for interviews, including video conferencing setup and occasionally in-person interviews, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Communicate interview details and instructions to candidates, providing timely updates throughout the process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing them with a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring process equity.
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Gather feedback from candidates following interviews to continuously improve our candidate experience.
  • Consistently review our job postings are correctly posted online and on social media.
  • Manage background checks, offer-letter generation, Confidentiality Agreement sign-off and all other logistics for a new-hire.
  • Find opportunities for interview process improvement, including identifying bottlenecks and improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Attend relevant meetings to contribute, capture actions, and ensure appropriate follow-through of action items discussed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Help ensure compliance with Affirmative Action requirements as we are a federal contractor and assist in dispositioning candidates accordingly.
  • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Help recruiters with sourcing and phone screens of candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide status updates on open positions and candidate progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Help to implement Bar Raiser program and continuous improvement of the process.

What We Are Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Lever ATS, Paylocity HRIS, MS Office, ChartHop and Asana

Travel Requirements:
  • Less than 10%
