Our HR organization is growing and seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our fast paced onboarding operatiions. The Talent Acquisition coordinator responsibilities include all things related to supporting complex high priority offer letters, background checks, and onboarding operations in a high volume environment. You will be the point of contact for hiring managers and executive leaders to ensure a positive onboarding experience for all of our associates.

Responsibilities
- Dedicated support to our large field based service organization
- Draft, revise, and extend offer letters
- Maintain database of active job descriptions
- Create and maintain employee files
- Assist as needed with pre-screen interviews and coordinate candidate interviews throughout the interview process
- Conduct compensation and benefits analysis for various roles
- Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
- Perform background and reference checks
- Support reporting needs on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork, I9 collection, employee files, and scheduling trainings)
- Perform other tasks as directed
- Being a creative thinker, self starter, and problem solver
- Able to work with excel, powerpoint, word, SmartSheet and other workplace systems
- Passion for candidate experience and supporting internal customers within the Securitas organization
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Work experience in a HR or Talent Acquisition capacity preferred
- Available to work onsite at a Securitas office location
- BS degree in Human Resources Management, preferred
