Summary
Revalize is seeking an ambitious, organized and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinatorwho will be responsible for a variety of activities all related to recruiting top talent in both the US and Europe for a growing, mid-size global software developer based in Florida!
Our ideal candidate is a resourceful, process driven, self-starter who has a sincere interest in the Talent Acquisition function and wants to learn and grow in a hands-on environment! This is a unique role that will provide access and privilege to several different strategic functions that directly impact critical aspects of the business in the US and Europe. The ideal candidate is disciplined in their approach to work, brings a can-do attitude, is results-focused and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced yet autonomous environment.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates for the recruiting team
- Managing the relationship with our On-Demand Talent vendors
- Some full-cycle recruitment for lower/entry-level full-time positions
- Coordinating and administering a variety of TA tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Economics, Hospitality or a related field.
- 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition/Staffing/Search firm required
- Superior communicator (written, verbal and presentation)
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Self-sufficiency/resourcefulness
- Self-starter. Proactive vs Reactive.
- Solution oriented. Problem solver. Critical Thinker.
- No recruiting experience required!
- Third-party/agency experience preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter License preferred.
- Vendor management experience preferred.
- Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices to include EEOC, FLSA and ADA requirements
