SalaryAs the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This will be real estate specific.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, manage calendars
- Post pictures to MLS and social media
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Experience in office management
- Familiarity with MLS
- Experience in real estate, knowing how to file related paperwork
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
