Job Description
We seek a creative, problem-solving multitasker Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistantto join our team! This is a brand new position and it's starting as a Temporary position with an opportunity to become a Permanent position. You will be responsible for assisting the team with resume screening, interview scheduling, heavy reporting, and campus recruiting projects. The position will be hybrid so commuting proximity to one of the following locations is a must: Richmond CA, Houston TX, Tulsa OK, Rancho Cordova CA.
Qualifications: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Strong written and verbal communication skills, Experience supporting a Recruiting or HR Department. Temporary pay starts at $28/hour with an opportunity to earn more if a permanent role is created.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team as a liaison to coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Manage the process of sending offer letters, updating job postings, and providing support on miscellaneous projects that measurably increased the Talent Acquisition team’s productivity.
- Managed high-volume and complex candidate interviews that were onsite, phone, and virtual with internal and external candidates globally
- Screen, source, and schedule candidates for interviews
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Must be highly proficient in Excel
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
